After the Workout Bath Salt blend works great for those times when your muscles are sore, you need to relax and find comfort. You will find some relief in your bath tub or when you soak your feet. This wonderful blend contains a deep penetrating and soothing blend of essential oils.
Ingredients:
Lavender is soothing
Lemon is slightly energizing and cleansing
Marjoram and Ginger are warming and great for aches and soreness
Blended in Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt and Dead Sea Salt a combination of salts rich in minerals which promotes soothing and healing properties for the skin and body. Epsom Salt which is full of magnesium sulfate helps to relief muscle tension, aches, and inflammation.
Suggested Use: Apply one tablespoon to a foot bath or 2 tablespoons to a full bath.
Precautions: For external use only. Avoid use with Children or if Pregnant or Nursing.
